Curriculum Vitae

Suzanne Zack, Senior Affiliate Faculty in the film and video production major is passionate about helping students and alumni succeed by building a culture of collaboration, education, and connection among students, alumni, faculty, and the professional community.

She co-founded the Film & Video Alumni Network and supports networking and educational initiatives, including the Film & Video Alumni Profile Book and Alumni Live: The Podcast.

Suzanne teaches students at all levels of major including:

• Media Production I
• Digital Post Production
• Issues in Film and Media Arts (the film/video capstone class)
• Internships (serves as the FVP Internship Coordinator )

Suzanne is the recipient of the GVSU 2024 Outstanding Educator Award, the 2020 Affiliate Faculty Excellence in Teaching Award, and the 2020 Career Center Internship Advocate of the Year Award.
