Jen Tynes is the author of four full-length books of poetry and around a dozen chapbooks. She is the founding editor of two small literary presses that focus on experimental writing, and she is especially interested in how collaboration, constraint-based writing, and daily practices can contribute to the writing process. She has been teaching first-year composition, creative writing, and literature classes since 2005, and walking and journal-keeping are important parts of her writing process.
