Student Reading Series
The Student Reading Series (SRS) is organized, planned, and publicized entirely by students and consists of monthly readings of student work throughout the year. Some of the readings are themed, and at the end of each semester, one reading is reserved for graduating seniors to read from their best fiction, poetry, non-fiction, and drama. Readings are not limited to Writing majors/minors; the SRS welcomes all writers as long as the pieces are literary in nature. The final SRS event of the Winter semester is the Senior Showcase, which is held each April.
Even if you choose not to read, come support your fellow writers and hear some great student work!
SRS events in the Fall will be on Tuesday nights from 7pm-8:30pm in the Honors College Reading Room. Here are the details below:

September 17: “last bit of summer” theme (share your drafts from over the summer)

December 3 (tentative): senior showcase w/ mocktails (AOD) & snacks
