Be sure to include your name and contact information, as well as a detailed description (including pictures) of the item(s) you would like to donate.

Gifts of Art Guidelines:

• Donation offers are reviewed by GVSU Art Gallery staff. Please note, we are not able to accept every donation that is offered. 
• Grand Valley State University is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and therefore accepted donations are tax deductible. Donors are responsible for establishing the value of their donation for tax purposes, GVSU cannot provide appraisals or recommend specific appraisers.
• Always make arrangements with GVSU Art Gallery staff before bringing your donation to the university. We follow nationally accepted standards for the handling and care of artwork and we often need time to prepare space and paperwork to safely and legally accept donations.
