Debbie Herrington is awarded NSF grant
Deborah Herrington, Professor of Chemistry, was recently awarded a $207,000 grant from the National Science Foundation. Her project, Developing & Testing a Framework to Evaluate the Quality of Chemistry Instructional Videos Students are Watching on YouTube, will provide undergraduate research opportunities, improve student video search and evaluation strategies, and develop a research-based framework to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the most viewed chemistry instructional videos.
