Position Title: Affiliate Faculty in Chemistry
Required Qualifications and Education: Candidates must have a Master's degree in Chemistry and a strong commitment to and demonstrated excellence in undergraduate education.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include teaching lecture and laboratory courses in the full-year general chemistry sequence; additional assignments are possible depending on candidate expertise and departmental needs. The Department values candidates who demonstrate an ability to work in a collaborative environment with a diverse population of colleagues and students. Affiliate faculty normally teach 24-30 credit hours per academic year. This 9-month, full time appointment will begin August 2015.
Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications. GVSU salaries are competitive with excellent benefits.
