The
Counseling
Center is
located in
204 STU
on the
Allendale
campus.

This service is a part of the Division of Student Services and provides counseling support to GVSU students.

Specific services include:
• Group therapy  
• Individual counseling (personal and career)
• Support groups
• Seminars on student concerns
• Substance abuse assessment and counseling
• Consultation regarding how to deal with another student who seems to have a problem
• Referrals to other campus offices including the Health Center, Career Services as well as community resources
