How to Make a Reservation

There are three ways to make a reservation for space on the Allendale campus:

• Online - Virtual EMS. This technology allows people to make reservation requests online. In order to use this system you must first create a username and password.

• Creating an account for Virtual EMS:
  Go to VirtualEMS website
  1. Choose "My Account"
  2. Choose "Create an Account"
  3. Fill in the form

  ***PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOUR USER ID WILL ALWAYS BE YOUR COMPLETE EMAIL ADDRESS***

  Once you have completed these steps you can begin making your online reservations. Please bookmark VirtualEMS http://virtualems.stdlife.gvsu.edu and begin making your online reservations.
