The University Society recognizes the gifts of Grand Valley's many donors who support the university's tradition of academic excellence with gifts of $500 or more annually.
These members have generously supported specific student scholarships and academic programs, as well as new facilities and technology initiatives. Their investments allow GVSU to continue advancing research, scholarship and academics. |

The University Society is among the university's largest and most visible group of donors. Members receive updates, newsletters, invitations to members-only events, and are recognized in the Annual Report. Membership is based upon gifts made during the fiscal year July 1 through June 30. Matching gifts and gifts-in-kind are included in gift totals.
University Society Annual Giving Levels:
Foundation $25,000 or more
Trustee $10,000 - $24,999
President $5,000 - $9,999
Provost $2,500 - $4,999
Dean $1,000 - $2,499
Leadership $500 - $999
