During this session, students will benefit from interactive activities and discussions, providing practical tools for immediate application. Students will also develop a roadmap for implementing their leadership mission in college and beyond, ensuring tangible results and continuous growth.

Meet Your Facilitator: Alicen Fimple

Alicen is a graduate of the University of Akron, where she received a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Financial Planning, and received her Master's of Education degree in College Student Personnel from Ohio University. Alicen is a proud member of Kappa Kappa Gamma. She enjoys spending quality time with her friends and loved ones and enjoys doing escape rooms with them in her free time. She has completed 26 escape rooms and hopes to do more as she explores Michigan!
