How can I change my tax/ direct deposit information?
To change your tax or Direct Deposit information, you just need to fill out a new form and send it to Payroll. They can be found online on our forms page, or in the Payroll department.
Ultratime is due by Monday at 3pm for the corresponding pay period. (For example, a student has a pay period ending date of July 10th, so Ultratime would have to be confirmed by Monday the 12th, before 3pm.)
You need to pick up a paper check if you are not enrolled in direct deposit.
Leave a self-addressed stamped envelope with the folks at the Cashier's windows in the Student Services building on the Allendale campus or at the Student Services windows in the DeVos Center on the Pew campus. They will be able to mail the check to you from there.

You can change you address one of two ways. 1. you may fill out the change of address form and return it to our office. 2. you may also change your address information on Banner self service.

With accurate paperwork completed, the direct deposit process may take up to one pay period to take effect.
What can I do if I lost my check? (back to top)
Immediately contact payroll (firstname.lastname@example.org) reporting that your check was either lost of stolen. Please give us your name, G-number, and date(s) of check(s) (if known).
