Peggy Vandenberg has recenty completed her doctoral studies in Philosophy at the University of Utah. Her Ph.D. dissertation is on the involvement of relationships with and observations of others in Hume's moral theory and in that of related thinkers, such as Shaftesbury, Hutcheson, and Smith. She also holds an M.A. in Philosophy at Western Michigan University and a B.A. from Marquette University.
Her main interests are ethics, both applied and theoretical, teaching philosophy, and 17th and 18th century Scottish Philosophy (especially David Hume).
