Matt Muehleisen and India Epps - two corporate recruiters for the
Novolex Talent Acquisition team - will share insights on interview
preparation and tips for success when speaking to recruiters and hiring
managers. We will discuss best practices for preparing for the interview
(research into the company and interviewer, questions to prepare to ask
and answer, general suggestions regarding your interview) and next steps
after the interview is complete. We will also be prepared to answer any
questions that may come up through the duration of the presentation.
