Students will also become competent in each step of the brewing process and be able to design a beer to specifications. Lastly, students will learn how to measure and describe the major characteristics of a beer (ABV, IBU, color, clarity) and be able to culture brewing yeast. Career Options	Accounting offers many career paths, including consulting, forensic accounting, internal audit, management accounting, and public accounting. The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in accounting provides a solid foundation for licensure as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). The movement science minor is designed to appeal to student interest in personal health and wellness. Skills can be applied to and merged with a variety of professional fields, including human resources, social services, health sciences, sports, and business.	The badge is designed to provide experience with and knowledge of the brewing process and brewing culture to those who want to pursue employment in the brewing industry, those in hospitality and food service, or those interested in the science of fermentation. Application Deadline						Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, but the fully completed application must be submitted a minimum of 30 days prior to the intended semester of enrollment. The $30 nonrefundable application fee is waived if the applicant has previously applied to GVSU.
