Coursework	The certificate is a total of 15 credits: ENS 201 - Introduction to Environmental and Sustainability Studies HTM 240 - Introduction to Meeting and Event Management HTM 340 - Event Sustainability HTM 360 - Corporate Social Responsibility in the Tourism Industry HTM 313 - Farm to Fork - Sustainability in Food Service Cuisine OR HTM 190 - Field Preparation AND HTM 290 - Field Experience	You must complete a minimum of 20 credit hours of coursework. This includes eight credits of required courses: ARA 201 - Intermediate Arabic I: Language and Culture ARA 202 - Intermediate Arabic II: Language and Culture Complete the minor with your choice of four electives, 12 credits total, see catalog for details. You can also fulfill some credits for the minor through study abroad options in consultation with the program coordinator.
