The U.S. Bureau of Labor and Statistics has projected computer and information technology occupations to grow 11 percent from 2019 to 2029 with a demand to add about 531,200 new jobs. The median annual salary for these occupations was $91,250 May 2020. More details can be found at www.bls.gov, search computer and information technology. Job opportunities are growing rapidly, particularly in occupations such as data analyst, network engineer, system administrator, database administrator, incident response and digital forensic analyst, and security specialist.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, but the fully completed application must be submitted a minimum of 30 days prior to the intended semester of enrollment. The $30 nonrefundable application fee is waived if the applicant has previously applied to GVSU.
