Clair joined the AEP in 2023 and spent her first field season in Utqiaġvik where she assisted in data collection and entry. She returned in 2024.  Her favorite tundra plant is Melandrium apetalum.

Clair is an undergraduate studying natural resource management. 

In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach and hiking.
