Julien joined the AEP for the 2011 field season and was responsible for data collection and site management in Atqasuk. Julien graduated from GVSU with a Bachelor's degree in Biology in 2013. He has also been involved with research regarding flying-squirrels and plans to pursue a Ph.D. and enter a career in academia.
