Please submit completed form a minimum of eight (8) weeks prior to your desired event date. Once submitted, please allow two (2) weeks for Alumni Relations to review and complete the requested items.

Registration Information:



Alumni Relations will share an updated registration report with event planner (identified above) once per week. 

Emails

The Alumni Relations office is unable to share alumni data and contact information external to the University. 



The Alumni Relations office is unable to share alumni data and contact information external to the University. However, if you are internal and are sending your own email communications please request a list by submitting form.

Graduate Information: 

If requesting all alumni for a specific college or department, please be specific and list all majors for that area.

Student involvement data is mixed. We will do our best to provide as much information as possible. Please be specific in names of organizations, clubs, teams, etc. when possible.



Alumni Relations will send a reminder email to all registrants prior to the event. 


In order to create a follow up email, final attendance list & photos will need to be shared with Alumni Relations. 

Graphics


 For consistency and alignment all graphics must follow GVSU brand and identity standards.

Event Day

Alumni Relations is able to provide an event box for day of event support. Event boxes can include: swag items, pens, blank nametags and a walk-in sheet.



Event boxes will be shipped to the provided mailing address one week prior to your event. 



Would you like to borrow additional event supplies?

Your event box will be available for pickup at the Alumni House Visitor Center one business day prior to your event.

Pick-up hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Event supplies are expected to be returned to the Alumni House Visitor Center one business day after your event.
