GVSU Soccer Alumni we invite you join us for a weekend of fun on September 22-23!
Starting on Saturday, Sept. 22 The team is practicing from noon - 1 pm and alumni are welcome to come early, mingle and watch the end of practice. The soccer tennis tournament will be from 1-2 at the GVSU soccer field. Parking will be available in Lot H and these events are FREE!
Beginning at 4 PM we are hosting the first ever Laker Sports Alumni Chapter Tailgate. Soccer will have a designated tent/area in Lot B - look for the signs. Complete details for this event can be found at gvsu.edu/alumni/lakersports. There is a fee for this event that includes your food and football ticket for the evening. Proceeds from this event will benefit the REFUELING STATION for our current student athletes. We ask that you please sign up by Saturday, September 15!
On Sunday at noon, GVSU is playing Davenport at Davenport. We're hoping to get a big crowd there, too!
GVSU soccer alumni Michelle Beukema and her husband, Pete Beukema, own the Holiday Inn Express in Grandville and have offered a special rate for alumni for that weekend (9/20 - 9/24): $99 + 15% tax. The link for alumni to use is: GVSU Women's Alumni Soccer
