1. Tell us about your journey since graduation.
I graduated at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic after
completing my BA in 3 years. I started my career during one of the
most difficult times. I started in an insurance sales role before
settling into my position with the Rock Family of Companies in October
2021. I am currently perusing a Masters or Organizational Leadership
with an emphasis on Human Capital through the University of Denver! I
will be graduating Spring, 2026. I have been so fortunate since
graduating Grand Valley! I moved to Walker permanently, purchased a
house and got married!
2. Share a favorite Grand Valley memory.
I met my husband at Grand Valley! We met in September 2017
through the Fencing Club. We were recently married, December 19th,
2024 in Grand Rapids! I have also met several of my closest friends
through GV.
3. What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
The best investment you can make is investing in yourself!
4. List three words you would use to describe your Grand
Valley experience.
Rewarding, unique, and irreplaceable
5. What difference would you like to make in the world?
I strive to make a difference by connecting with my peers and
lending a hand or an ear where I can. It is by caring for others that
we make the largest impact.
