ANCHORS will provide peer support to their fellow athletes, advocate for utilization of LAKERS LISTEN resources and serve a vital role on the Student-Athlete Wellness Board. 

Each ANCHOR has completed an in-depth peer support training program with a representative from the University Counseling Center and will serve in this capacity for one academic year with the option for reappointment.
