2019-2020 Seamless Transition applications have been released

As part of the Employment First Initiative in Michigan, Seamless Transition is going into the third year of implementation this fall 2019 with the support and expertise of technical assistance providers from TransCen. Applications have just been released to apply to be a new site for the 2019 - 2020 academic year. You may be contacted by local partners asking for support to apply to be a site. You may also take the lead and initiate contact with local transition partners to become a site. The application and supporting documents are linked below:
