Purpose:
PFA-SBT implementation leaders and teams from across the state meet to network, share experiences, problem solve, and share resources to build capacity to support students with significant challenging behaviors.
START Contact:
Criteria for Participation:
- Invitation only
- PFA-SBT implementation teams who completed a full implementation training and consultation series in collaboration with START and FTF or works directly with a team or trainer who participated in full implementation and consultation.
- School staff with a significant background in behavioral science and practice who have completed the 12-hour PFA-SBT online course through FTF and are seeking additional information and support to pursue full implementation training and consultation.
Current Priorities:
- Continue to strengthen the knowledge and skills of the current implementation teams and expand expertise in new areas (e.g., Universal protocol).
- Build capacity of trainers and explore ways to further disseminate the PFA-SBT approach while maintaining fidelity.
- Develop the PFA-SBT guidance document and materials for sharing with the current CoP members and others in the future.
