The Black Faculty Staff Association (BFSA) creates a sense of community and a support network for Black employees within the Grand Valley State University community. The Association also serves in an advisory capacity to University administrators, faculty, staff, and students regarding the general welfare of all Black employees at Grand Valley State University.
