The JOFI is a career assessment that will help you not only learn about yourself but also provides you with specific job fit categories and positions. The GVSU Career Center has partnered with JL HR Consulting to provide this career assessment and a two part interactive workshop to understand your assessment results and explore your career matches. Julie and Liz of JL HR Consulting have over 50 years of combined experience selecting and hiring for well-known companies across the US. They understand what employers are looking for as well as how to engage in effective decision making to help you commit to a path that resonates with your self-awareness and aligns with your career aspirations.

• The JOFI Workshop is ideally for prospective or current GVSU Adult Learners and GVSU Alumni.
