I have quite a few good memories at Grand Valley. My absolute favorite memory was studying abroad in Schwäbisch Gmünd in 2009 and 2010. I also loved being a Resident Assistant allowing me to meet lots of wonderful and interesting people.

The years have changed most of my memories into fond ones, including walking from my dorm to my class with wet hair that was frozen solid by the time I crossed Little Mac.

My favorite memory is probably a collection of memories that I have while working as a dispatcher at the Grand Valley Police Department. I have life-long friends that I met there, I've even officiated two weddings for friends I met at the dispatch desk.

I'm a bit of a nerd, so my favorite memories were always in the classrooms. Particularly in my capstone coursework where we would have great conversations and debate about big issues.

My favorite GV memories are all of my memories hanging out with my friends at my job at the 2020 Info Desk, Voices of GVSU Gospel Choir, and my sorority sisters of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

I loved being involved in dance troupe while in undergrad. Being able to choreograph and lead such a wonderful organization helped me build close friendships and is where I found my place at GV.

My best GVSU memories are working at TOP (telephone outreach program) in the basement of the alumni house! I made the greatest group of friends while calling alumni to share updates and news on the university, and I still keep in touch with many of them.

My favorite Grand Valley memory is pulling an all-nighter in Neimeyer dorms the night before an African Civ final!

My favorite memory was my final presentation for my Advertising Capstone. My group gave a FLAWLESS presentation to our clients. I never felt more on top of my game than at that moment. I was so proud of myself and my group.

My favorite memory from Grand Valley would have to be the shows I did with my improv team Subject to Change. I can not express how amazing it was to find a group of like minded, hilarious, and amazing friends!
