1. Tell us about your journey since graduation.
Since graduating from GVSU, I have kept my alma mater close to
home by choosing to pursue a full-time career at Allendale Public
Schools. I have truly loved the community connections that Allendale
enhances alongside the GVSU Lakers.
2. Share a favorite Grand Valley memory.
When we beat Ferris during my Senior year twice during the
football season; especially on our home turf!
3. What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
The best piece of advice I've ever received came from my Brother.
It was during my beginning years of college when he reiterated the Dr.
Seuss quote: "Those who mind, don't matter & those who
matter, don't mind". This quote has walked me through many
relationships and life's paths.
4. List three words you would use to describe your Grand
Valley experience.
1. Felt like home (Home) 2. Self-discovery 3. Learned important
lessons (Growth)
5. What difference would you like to make in the world?
I want to truly make a difference for the kids and teachers; if
not only here at Allendale Public Schools, but in the State of
Michigan. I have 3 teachers within my family and I truly love serving
the Education community as a young Business professional!
