1. Tell us about your journey since graduation.
I took a role in a customer service facing setting right out of
undergraduate. I quickly learned that my time with Grand Valley wasn't
over and began a new educational career only a year after graduating
to work towards my Masters in Business administration. During that
time, I also joined and served on the young alumni committee and found
ways to impact my community that better served the Grand Valley
mission. After graduating with my MBA in 2017, I settled in West
Michigan more permanently, married a fellow Laker and started a family
with the birth of our daughter and son.
2. Share a favorite Grand Valley memory.
Anything and everything to do with the Laker Marching Band.
3. What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
Don't worry about what you can't control.
4. List three words you would use to describe your Grand
Valley experience.
Challenging, energetic, and home
5. What difference would you like to make in the world?
I simply just want to make the world a happier place.
