HTM 413 - Advanced Food and Beverage Management
This advanced course in food and beverage management builds on fundamentals acquired in prior food and beverage curriculum and internships. Central components include leadership theory; planning, control and analysis of food and beverage operations, and customer expectations and service. Examination of current trends will vary by semester. Offered winter semester. Prerequisites: HTM 250, HTM 290, and CIS 150.
