EMBA 667 - Service and Value Chain Management
Examines approaches for achieving operational competitiveness in a service business and provides students with the conceptual foundations and analytic tools to improve service delivery and value chain. The focus of this course is on the application of analytical tools to evaluate and improve the efficiency of service processes. Course offered winter semester. Prerequisite: Admitted to the EMBA program.
