CMJ 325 - Issues in Journalism

A seminar on two troublesome areas in contemporary journalism, spanning all media of mass communication: (1) changes in journalism wrought by technology and techniques, and (2) the rights and responsibilities of the press, involving ethical and legal issues. Offered fall semester of even-numbered years. Prerequisite: Junior standing.
