PT 632 - Integumentary Practice Management

Examination, evaluation, and multiple interventions for acute and chronic integumentary pathologies in various patient populations. Interventions will include wound cleansing, debridement, contemporary uses of dressings and products, mechanical and thermal modalities. A multisystems approach for wound prevention and wound treatment will be presented. Offered spring/summer semester. Prerequisite: Successful completion of all previously required courses in the D.P.T. curricular sequence.
