PA 650 - Health Administration, Services, & Policy

This is an overview of current U.S. healthcare organizational leadership, types, and trends including comparison of current management, organization theories, and global health systems. Health care public policy making is analyzed and described emphasizing the historical, philosophical, and political aspects of public policy including policy development, analysis, and constituent advocacy. Course offered fall semester. Prerequisite: Admission to the Master of Public Health program.
