PHI 460 - Rights, Duties, and the Meaning of Life: Moral Philosophy
This course is dedicated to some of the most fundamental questions about value: What is value? Where does is come from? How many kinds of it are there? and What are the relationships between the different kinds of value? Readings will be drawn from classical and contemporary philosophical literature. Offered winter semester of odd-numbered years. Prerequisite: Prior work in philosophy or permission of instructor.
