EXS 370 - Exercise and Health Across the Lifespan

This course examines relationships between maturation and aging, health, and exercise, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental variables. Emphasis is placed on physiological adaptations to exercise, assessments, and intervention strategies to increase and maintain physical activity to optimize health, longevity, and quality of life. Offered every semester. Prerequisite: MOV 304.
