DSA 220 - Introduction to Data Science and Analytics

An introduction to the applications, methods, and techniques used in data science. Topics include management, preparation, analysis, visualization, and modeling of data; as well as discussion of career paths and ethical considerations. Students will use a programming language and software tools to complete a data science project. Offered fall and winter semesters. Prerequisites: CIS 161 and either STA 215 or STA 312.
