FIT 200 - Physical Activity for Wellness

This course provides an overview of physical activity in relation to wellness. Instruction incorporates health-related fitness content, goal setting, behavior change, and factors that impact fitness motivation. Students will be expected to track their physical activity throughout the semester. This FIT offering is designed for those beginning their fitness journey. Offered every semester.
