MGT 335 - Human Resource Development

Human Resource Development (HRD) examines the practices and processes organizations use to increase employee competence. This course covers how employee development programs are designed, implemented, and assessed. It considers specific methods that can be used to develop organizations, teams, and individuals. Active learning methods help students transfer concepts to application. Offered fall and winter semester. Prerequisite: MGT 333.
