PT 632 - Integumentary Practice Management
This course presents exammination, evaluation and intervention techniques for use with acute and chronic integumentary pathologies in various patient populations. Interventions include: wound cleansing, debridement, contemporary uses of dressings and products, and mechanical and thermal modalities. A multi-systems approach for wound presentation and treatment will be presented. Offered spring/summer semester. Prerequisite: Successful completion of all previously required courses in the D.P.T. curricular sequence.
