EXS 209 - Evidence-Based Practice in Exercise Science

The course will cover the steps of evidence-based practice: composing evidence-based questions, searching for evidence, systematically reading the evidence, and critically evaluating the evidence related to that topic. Students will gain experience consuming and interpreting research related to exercise and health/wellness topics. Offered fall and winter semesters. Prerequisite: STA 215.
