FIT 114 - Fitness Walking

This course focuses on the development and maintenance of fitness walking and the knowledge and skills associated with regular physical activity. This course design allows students to participate in fitness walking to reach a daily average of 10,000 steps. Students are required to purchase a wrist-worn fitness tracker. Offered every semester.
