Longtime Wyoming City Manager Curtis Holt is Retiring February 2023

After spending nearly 40 years in public service, including the last 22 as Wyoming's city manager, Curtis Holt will be retiring early next year.
Holt earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in public administration from Grand Valley State University.
