Officer Reimink Chosen as 2023 Officer of the Year

Officer Joel Reimink was recognized as the 2023 Police Officer of the Year by Holland Department of Public Safety - Police Services (HDPS). He was selected by the HDPS Command Staff after being nominated by his peers for this prestigious award. His nominations cited that he is “a critical part of so many programs” as well as the fact that he is a “very dependable and valued officer”.
Officer Reimink received his bachelor's degree in criminal justice from GVSU and is also a graduate of the GVSU Police Academy.
