About
Hello!!!
I’m from Marne, Michigan, which is a tiny little farm town about ten minutes north of Allendale. I completed my Bachelor of Arts degree from Central Michigan University with a major in Journalism and a minor in French. I worked in housing for a few years before deciding to attend grad school at Grand Valley. After graduating with a Masters of Education in College Student Affairs Leadership, I worked at Grand Valley as a Living Center Director for just over three years before making the move over to CLAS Advising in October 2018. I love getting to know and working with students! I also advise two student organizations—Delight Ministries and the Rotaract Club. In my free time I love spending time with my family, friends and my dog, and anything related to sports, music, water, or animals. I’m excited to meet you all!!!
