Christian joined MCL very recently and has shown interest in radiocarbbon dating of coretops on the ocean floor and building models of theoretical vs. actual sea floor age.

Jacob is working on a global calibration for both the δ18O and Mg/Ca proxies from shells of multiple planktonic foraminifer species.

Michael is working on taking the Mg/Ca paleothermometer down core in the eastern equatorial Pacific to explore changes in ocean thermal structure over the last 25,000 years.
