Confidential Professional Support Staff
Confidential Professional Support Staff shall mean a person appointed by the University to work in a non-exempt (covered by federal and state minimum wage and overtime provisions) and a non-union position within the Confidential Professional Support Staff classification. Typically, this includes clerical staff members in the Executive Offices, the Legal, Compliance and Risk Management Office, University Developments Office, Budget and Finance Office, and in Human Resources.
