Project Abstract

The team was tasked with a complete benchmarking of all competitor products and the redesign of the HCI Horizontal Direct Vent Termination Cap. The redesign was an effort to improve the heat dissipation, aesthetic appeal, ease of installation, and decrease the projection from the mounting wall. The new design must also meet all applicable ANSI and UL standards.
