Project Abstract

The heat treat load project involves the automation of loading and unloading of one particular model of camshaft into, and out of, an induction hardening heat treatment machine. The scope also includes automation of each operation in the process from the time the shafts enter the system to the time that they leave, except upon emergency interruption.
