Abstract
This project is an investigation of using advanced high strength steel to roll form a U-shape section. The material will be of two different thicknesses and have a tensile strength of at least 980 MPa.
Katayama Manufacturing LLC (KML) provides global automotive manufacturers with Tier 1 manufacturing solutions. We are committed to building professional partnerships based on mutually agreed expectations of Quality, Delivery and Cost.
Originating from Katayama Kogyo Co., LTD., founded in 1947 by Kakuji Katayama in Okayama, Japan, the Katayama Group has grown as a private manufacturing entity. Katayama Kogyo's initial offerings comprised automotive exhaust flexible tubes, swiftly expanding to include thermo tubing and other tube-related products. From these modest origins, we have evolved to produce a comprehensive range of Tier 1 automotive interior and exterior parts.
Looking ahead, our enduring legacy of expertise and commitment to continuous enhancement will propel us to establish new standards in product manufacturing.
